EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHROMATIC TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• For convenience with 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of these terms
• As specified in the project-specific agreement

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
